Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect . In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architectural design, integration, and ongoing support of the technology ecosystem that powers our global sales function. You will lead the strategy and technical execution for in-field sales force automation (SFA) tools, category management platforms, and order entry systems., * Solution Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain the overarching architecture for our sales technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow between SFA tools, category management applications, and backend ERP/order management systems.
- Platform Administration: Serve as the primary technical owner and system administrator for our CRM system, managing configurations, user profiles, security, custom objects, and workflows.
- Sales Function Enablement: Partner closely with Sales and Commercial leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, specifically focusing on optimizing retail execution, route planning, and mobile order entry for field teams.
- System Integration: Lead the technical integration of third-party category management tools and external data sources with core CRM and ERP platforms to provide a 360-degree view of retail customers.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the highest level of escalation for complex technical issues within the sales tech ecosystem, ensuring minimal downtime for field personnel.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Solution Architect, specifically supporting Sales, Commercial, or Go-To-Market (GTM) functions., * Salesforce Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience architecting and administering Salesforce ecosystems, with specific, demonstrable expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud
- Data & Integration: Strong understanding of API integrations, middleware (e.g., SAP BTP, MuleSoft), and data modeling as it pertains to syncing field applications with centralized order entry and ERP systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in the FMCG/CPG industry, with a deep understanding of field sales processes, retail execution, and trade promotions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical sales stakeholders and vice versa.
- SAP Ecosystem: Hands-on experience designing or integrating solutions with SAP Sales Cloud (highly desired).
- Certifications: Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Application Architect, or specific CG Cloud credentials).
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment for continuous platform delivery.
- Mobile Architecture: Experience dealing with offline-first mobile architectures typical in field sales environments.
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range $110,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
