Job description

Insight Global is looking for an AI Release Manager to work onsite at one of our premier clients in Spring, Texas (North Houston). This person will be responsible for defining/understanding the AI solution/process, structure it, align with development team, and track to completion. They will provide updates up to management up to the executive level.

Solution delivery: Identify who the stakeholders are, what is the status of the solutions, making sure those are moving smoothly; keeping stakeholders updated, communicate any changes to solution to the development team and stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong PM skills: organization, communication and follow-up - typically 4+ years of experience as a PM

Previous experience as a AI Release Manager or a Software PM.

Experience with PM tools like MS Project and Azure Dev-Ops (ADO)

Experience using AI tools such as Co-Pilot, Claude, Gemini, etc. and how users interact with them

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Ability to train users/help with adoption of agents

JIRA

PowerApps

Experience with ReAct agents

Benefits & conditions

This role will be on-site in Spring, Texas, with a typical working schedule of Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm CST (1 hour lunch). Excludes holidays and weekends.

Compensation: $43.00-53.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave as required by the applicable law of the worksite location., Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
