We are seeking an experienced Oracle OPM Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2, specifically within Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The candidate will lead end-to-end functional delivery, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle OPM solutions in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment., Act as the primary functional lead and single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle OPM and Order Management streams Drive requirement gathering sessions, perform fit-gap analysis, and lead FDD documentation and sign-off Lead solution design and configuration for Oracle OPM and SCM modules Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including: System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Go-live readiness Coordinate onshore offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery Provide functional support, including defect analysis, issue resolution, and hypercare support post go-live, Role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams in a hybrid delivery environment, 1.Job title : GEOSPATIAL LEAD ANALYST MAP 2.Job summary : GeoSpatial Lead Analyst MAP role for an experienced professional with deep expertise in Oracle E Business and EBS Process Manufacturing, responsible for designing, enhancing, and supporting integrated geospatial enabled manufacturing solutions in a hybrid work model. Business solutions that integrate geospatial data with process manufacturing operations to improve end to end visibility and efficiency -Coordinate detailed requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand complex manufacturing and mapping workflows and translate them into robust Oracle E Business configurations -Configure and enhance Oracle E Business modules for process manufacturing to ensure accurate production planning inventory control and cost tracking aligned with geospatial inputs -Develop and maintain functional specifications for Oracle E Business extensions reports and interfaces that support location aware manufacturing decisions -Analyze existing manufacturing and mapping processes to identify gaps propose improvements and implement Oracle E Business based solutions that increase throughput and reduce operational risk -Guide the configuration and validation of master data including items resources routings and locations ensuring consistent alignment with geospatial reference data across systems -Oversee end to end system testing including unit integration and user acceptance testing to validate Oracle E Business and geospatial workflows against business scenarios -Provide advanced functional support for Oracle E Business process manufacturing incidents by diagnosing root causes recommending corrective actions and coordinating timely resolution -Document functional designs configuration decisions process flows and standard operating procedures to enable sustainable operations knowledge transfer and audit readiness -Collaborate with technical teams to ensure performant integrations between Oracle E Business geospatial tools and external applications using approved enterprise integration patterns -Monitor system performance and user feedback for Oracle E Business process manufacturing and geospatial features to identify optimization opportunities and prioritize enhancements -Partner with business process owners to plan and execute periodic releases ensuring that new Oracle E Business and geospatial capabilities are adopted effectively with clear communication and training -Align implemented solutions with enterprise standards sustainability goals and regulatory requirements so that manufacturing and mapping capabilities contribute to safer more efficient and more responsible operations -Qualifications -Combine extensive experience in Oracle E Business with specialized exposure to process manufacturing to shape practical solutions that support complex production environments -Apply in depth knowledge of EBS process manufacturing features such as recipes batches quality tracking and costing to design configurations that meet stringent operational and compliance needs -Demonstrate hands on experience in integrating Oracle E Business with mapping or geospatial datasets ensuring that plant site and logistics information is accurately represented in business processes -Bring a strong background in hybrid project execution environments using both on site and remote collaboration tools to maintain momentum and stakeholder engagement -Utilize solid understanding of SQL reporting tools and data structures in Oracle environments to guide the creation of analytics that reveal spatial trends and manufacturing performance indicators -Leverage familiarity with software development lifecycles and configuration management practices to work effectively with technical teams on enhancements and defect fixes -Draw on experience in manufacturing domain processes including production planning inventory management and quality control to ensure that system changes are grounded in real operational needs -Employ clear communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with stakeholders from operations supply chain finance and technology functions and to build shared understanding of solution designs -Adapt prior exposure to large scale enterprise implementations upgrades or rollouts of Oracle E Business to manage risks and dependencies in complex multi system landscapes -Use analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate process data identify root causes of issues and formulate improvement recommendations that balance cost effort and business value -Apply familiarity with industry practices for sustainability traceability and regulatory reporting so that geospatial enabled manufacturing solutions contribute positively to environmental and social outcomes -Benefit from any experience with process mapping
