Diagnose and resolve network and Wi-Fi connectivity problems for client environments, including urgent service requests as they arise.
-
Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across Windows server infrastructure, networking components, and related systems.
-
Administer Active Directory tasks such as account and profile setup, directory maintenance, and issue remediation.
-
Investigate server performance and configuration concerns to restore stability and maintain reliable operations.
-
Configure and support firewall and network settings to help ensure secure and consistent connectivity.
-
Provide remote troubleshooting for most requests while traveling on-site to client locations when direct intervention is necessary.
-
Communicate clearly with client stakeholders, provide thorough service updates, and help set expectations around issue resolution.
-
Coordinate availability for ad hoc support needs and participate in occasional business-hours check-ins to review active work.
-
Document findings, actions taken, and recommendations to support ongoing service continuity for client accounts.
Other duties as needed

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure support or a similar IT role.

Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments.
-
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot networking issues, including wireless connectivity and general infrastructure faults.
-
Experience with firewall and server configuration in business or client-facing environments.
-
Comfortable working independently in a primarily remote Contract role with occasional on-site responsibilities.
-
Effective customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
-
Ability to manage flexible, part-time, and ad hoc support requests based on business needs and availability.
