Job description

Design, implement, and enhance Microsoft 365 solutions aligned to business needs, including integrations and cloud improvements

Manage endpoint environments using Intune, including device configuration, policy enforcement, and application deployment

Oversee full device lifecycle management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments, including enrollment, patching, and compliance
-
Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID, ensuring performance, uptime, and security
-
Manage identity, access, and licensing, maintaining strong governance and security best practices
-
Support Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, and integration efforts across enterprise systems
-
Troubleshoot and resolve platform and user issues while proactively improving system reliability and performance
-
Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures, and support knowledge sharing across the IT team
-
Contribute to Azure architecture and implementation efforts that align with the broader Microsoft ecosystem

Ensure all work aligns with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
Requirements

Extensive experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments within enterprise-scale organizations

Strong hands-on knowledge of core Microsoft cloud platforms, including messaging, collaboration, storage, and endpoint management solutions

Experience managing identity and access frameworks, including directory services, authentication methods, and security controls such as multi-factor authentication and conditional access

Proven background in modern endpoint management across multiple operating systems, including device provisioning, policy configuration, and compliance enforcement

Ability to automate administrative and operational tasks using scripting tools such as PowerShell
-
Solid understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure concepts, along with foundational networking knowledge and security best practices

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and business users

Bachelor's degree and relevant industry certifications are preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
