Job description
The Tier 2 Functional Lead serves as the subject matter expert for advanced functional issues within the Grants Management System. This role handles complex workflow, reporting, reimbursement, and compliance-related escalations., * Provide advanced functional troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support reimbursement workflows and financial tracking processes.
- Assist with audit logs, compliance reporting, and HUD requirements.
- Configure system workflows and business rules as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integration-related issues.
- Support system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in grants management or public sector systems.
- Strong knowledge of grant lifecycle processes.
- Experience with SaaS configuration and workflow management.
- Experience with HUD-funded programs (CDBG, ESG, HOME).
- Experience working with financial reporting and compliance audits.
