Data Platform & Analytics Manager

This search is being conducted by FireSeeds, a retained executive and leadership search firm specializing in purpose-driven organizations., The Data Platform & Analytics Manager will lead RED RHINO's enterprise data strategy and analytics function, owning a Microsoft-based data and analytics platform, and medallion architecture to enable rich reporting, analytics and AI capabilities across the business. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, business intelligence, stakeholder partnership, and the opportunity to build and lead a future analytics team., * Lead migration to Microsoft Fabric and modernize the enterprise data platform.

• Design and maintain data pipelines, reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Establish data governance, security, quality, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with business leaders to turn operational needs into actionable insights.
• Support AI initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams.
• Build and eventually lead a growing analytics and BI team.

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data platforms, or related fields.
• Strong experience with Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data technologies.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, modeling, governance, and analytics best practices.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise data initiatives that drive business results.
• Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience building analytics functions or teams from the ground up is highly desirable.
