https://calcareers.ca.gov/CalHrPublic/Exams/ExamBulletin.aspx?ExamControlId=1749 Under the general supervision of the Client IT Support Services (CISS) Information Technology (IT) Supervisor II, the Information Technology Associate (ITA) maintains, installs, and supports and resolves problems for the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians' (BVNPT) automated software programs, information technology systems, hardware, and telecommunications systems. The ITA is responsible for end-user support and office automation tasks throughout BVNPT. The ITA offers solutions-based responses to inquiries, requests or directives, and is customer service focused.

Requirements
