Job description
We are seeking IT-savvy technicians to support a large-scale device deployment project across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on staging, configuring, and distributing approximately 400 desktop machines, ensuring accurate deployment to the correct locations., Unbox, stage, and prepare desktop equipment for deployment Configure systems (imaging, basic setup, and validation) Repackage devices for distribution to designated sites Organize and track inventory to ensure the right machines are delivered to the correct locations Support device replacements across multiple facilities Maintain strong attention to detail throughout logistics and deployment processes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth rollout and minimal disruption to operations
Requirements
1+ years of experience in PC Technician or Desktop Support roles
- Hands-on experience with desktop deployment, imaging, or hardware setup
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage device inventory - IMPORTANT
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic troubleshooting and configuration skills (Windows preferred)-
- Must be able to work onsite in Denver office 5 days/week
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting large-scale hardware rollouts Familiarity with ticketing systems or asset tracking tools Prior experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments
Benefits & conditions
Estimated total hours: 800-1,000 Work will involve physical handling of equipment (lifting, moving, staging devices) Onsite in DTC lab (Denver 80237) 5 days/week $22/hour, Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
