Job description
- Lead the design and development of ELT pipelines.
- Mentor offshore team members to drive delivery.
- Conduct technical design reviews.
- Ensure data quality through automated testing.
- Optimize performance and cost in Snowflake.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake-based cloud data warehousing.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Data Vault), incremental and snapshot strategies, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Snowflake.
- Experience designing scalable, production-grade ELT pipelines.
- Experience implementing CI/CD for dbt.
- Experience integrating orchestration tools.
- Experience enforcing data quality through automated testing and observability frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and security in Snowflake.
- Experience with version control (Git) and DevOps-driven deployment practices.
- Experience leading technical design reviews and mentoring data engineering teams., * Experience with Dbt.
