Job description

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI systems by designing and implementing automated testing solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the quality and performance of next-generation models, ensuring they learn and reason effectively using high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless test execution with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Identify, report, and track software defects using best practices and tools.
  • Analyze test results, provide clear feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document automation processes and communicate findings with technical clarity both in writing and verbally.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java (Eclipse), JavaScript, and C#.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, and Appium.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining automated test suites for complex software systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate technical concepts and testing outcomes.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment., * ISTQB Certification or similar recognized QA credentials.
  • Experience with performance and security testing in automated environments.
  • Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Work Terms: Contract position with remote work flexibility. Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $30 to $80. Eligibility: No prior experience in AI is required; your domain knowledge is what matters.
