Sr. Oracle PL/SQL Developer

• Maintain and enhance the Registration Tracking System (RTS).
• Develop new features and resolve application defects.
• Design and implement Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and SQL solutions.
• Enhance integrations with the OnBase document management system through web services.
• Collaborate with business users, database administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation including requirements, design documents, deployment plans, and change logs.
• Develop and execute test plans for new features and enhancements.
• Document code changes and maintain coding standards.
• Participate in application maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing applications using Oracle Forms (Oracle WebForms).
• Minimum 5 years of experience programming with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, or TOAD.
• Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience working within collaborative software development teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or developing RTS application components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle 11g Relational Database Management Systems.
• Experience integrating applications using web services.
• Familiarity with document management systems such as OnBase.
• Experience working in Florida State Government or similar public sector environments.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and application documentation standards.
