Job description

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, guiding them through Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, user stories, story mapping, TDD, ATDD, continuous integration, and other Agile practices.
  • Remove impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure teams remain focused on delivery goals.
  • Promote transparency through Agile metrics, reporting, and information radiators.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help teams increase agility and performance.
  • Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to organizational Agile maturity.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
  • Utilize Jira, Power BI, and other Agile tools to track progress and team performance.
  • Support compliance with risk management, regulatory, and internal control requirements.

Requirements

CTG is seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master II to support our client's Agile delivery teams. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile practitioner who excels at servant leadership, coaching cross-functional teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have experience working in a Scaled Agile environment and a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, tools, and best practices., * Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience on Agile teams, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Power BI, and Agile project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or similar).
  • Experience in multiple technology delivery disciplines such as project management, business analysis, development, testing, UX, or deployment.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking principles.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams through influence and servant leadership.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
