Contracts Manager / Contracts Program Manager (Telecom or Technology sector)

Your expertise in contract management, cross-functional alignment, and process optimization will be highly valued. Experience supporting indirect sales channels, partner programs, or managing partner ecosystems within the telecommunications or technology sectors

• Lead the full lifecycle management of indirect channel contracts from drafting to execution and renewal
• Draft, issue, and manage formal agreements and official notices to external business partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure necessary approvals, ensuring contracts align with strategic goals
• Act as the primary resource for contract-related inquiries, delivering clear guidance to both internal and external partners
• Ensure consistency and compliance of contract templates in accordance with Legal guidance
• Oversee contract documentation and partner ecosystem integrity, supporting seamless cross-team operations

• 3-5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or corporate paralegal roles with hands-on experience drafting and managing commercial agreements
• Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects and priorities independently with strong attention to detail
• Skilled at navigating schedules, tracking deliverables, and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet stringent deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools such as Gemini or NotebookLM
