Job description

  • Lead, mentor, and grow software and data engineering teams.
  • Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle for AI/ML-based Sight & Sense products.
  • Provide technical leadership for software architecture, MLOps, and systems integration.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver solutions.
  • Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
  • Support deployment of AI solutions in manufacturing environments and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Promote innovation through Agentic AI workflows and AI-assisted engineering tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Computer Vision and MLOps experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with AI/ML, Computer Vision, or data-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle, including data engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience leading Agile teams and managing sprint delivery.
