Job description
- Architect and implement secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions primarily on AWS, with integration across Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
- Design and deploy multi-tier, fault-tolerant applications using cloud-native services.
- Lead and co-design cloud migration efforts from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms.
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards for federal systems.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Implement cost optimization and performance tuning across cloud environments. FinOps experience or certifications are a plus.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automated deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities and automation into cloud operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct technical reviews, audits, and security assessments of cloud infrastructure.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and hands-on experience across multicloud environments (Azure, GCP, Oracle). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable cloud solutions, particularly within the U.S. Federal sector, including FISMA Moderate and High systems. Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation frameworks, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is essential. Clearance Requirements: US Citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust, * 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, with a strong focus on AWS.

Proven experience in multicloud environments (Azure, GCP, Oracle).

Experience working with federal agencies and securing FISMA Moderate/High systems.

Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, Open Tofu, Bash).

Deep understanding of cloud networking, security, and automation.

Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git).

Experience with Cloud Formation or other automation tools.

Strong knowledge of cloud compliance frameworks and security best practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
