Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *

1. Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

2. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

3. Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.) Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

4. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, ICPACC, PMPACP

5. Datadriven decisionmaking and metrics tracking (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
