Job description
We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager with a focus on Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support client engagements focused on leveraging Salesforce to optimize business processes, enhance constituent experiences, and modernize legacy systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that deliver client needs and support the continued growth of our Salesforce practice and digital transformation strategy.
Work You'll Do
- Lead end to end Salesforce implementation programs, managing business, technical, data, integration, testing, training, deployment, and post go live activities
- Manage complex Salesforce projects across multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client expectations
- Partner with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, integration teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support digital transformation initiatives
- Own integrated project plans, sprint schedules, RAID logs, dependency tracking, executive status reporting, and delivery governance
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while driving accountability across cross functional teams
- Manage Salesforce delivery across configuration, custom development, integrations, release management, user acceptance testing, and deployment planning
- Identify delivery risks, scope changes, resource constraints, and project dependencies, developing mitigation strategies and escalating issues appropriately
- Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring clear priorities, communication, and execution across distributed resources
- Partner with client leadership and AArete delivery teams to support project governance, executive communications, change control, and budget management
- Support business development efforts through solution planning, level of effort estimation, proposal support, and Salesforce practice development
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on digital transformation and Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, integrations, and custom development
- Experience managing Salesforce delivery through discovery, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and postproduction support
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams and managing project plans, sprint execution, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive communications
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, QA engineers, data teams, integration teams, and third-party vendors
- Strong client facing consulting experience with the ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to business audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Preferred Requirements
- Technical certifications in relevant platforms or disciplines
- Healthcare payer or health plan implementation experience
- Experience leading Salesforce Health Cloud implementations
- Based in Chicago, IL and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed

The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000. In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our majority employer-paid benefits and incentive pay for eligible roles. Please note that this range is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary due to numerous factors, including but not limited to experience level, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
