Key Responsibilities
1 Business Analysis Solution Design
Lead requirement gathering analysis and documentation BRD FRD user stories torchoracom
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud torchoracom
Perform fitgap analysis and recommend optimal CRM solutions aligned to enterprise architecture torchoracom
Design highlevel process flows wireframes and solution models
2 Stakeholder Program Management
Act as a primary liaison between business delivery and Salesforce technical teams torchoracom
Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and executivelevel discussions
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with strategic goals joobleorg
3 Salesforce Implementation Optimization
Drive endtoend Salesforce initiatives including configuration customization and enhancements interviewguycom
