PROFILES WITHOUT THE REQUIRED DETAILS and TIME SLOTS will be REJECTED., Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing protocols including BGP and OSPF. Manage and troubleshoot Cisco switches (Catalyst 9500, 9300) and switching issues. Configure and support Cisco 9800 series Wireless LAN Controllers and resolve wireless/AP issues. Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, NAT, routing, and GlobalProtect VPN. Maintain and upgrade Infoblox DDI solutions, including certificate renewals. Use Cisco Prime for device onboarding and upgrades. Monitor network performance using LiveNX and nGenius Pulse. Support and troubleshoot Cisco SD-WAN (preferred). Collaborate with ISPs and hardware vendors to resolve circuit and hardware issues. Conduct Wi-Fi surveys using Ekahau and design wireless networks. Provide support for offshore teams in setting up network infrastructure, including switch installation and console access. Perform physical cabling and rack setup; available for weekend support when required. Apply strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex network issues. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents or projects simultaneously. Ensure adherence to physical cabling standards and network design principles.
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in network and security operations. Strong hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto technologies. Proficiency in network monitoring and wireless design tools. Certifications: Cisco CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSE (or equivalent). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
