Job description

Apple IOS, Powerapps Operations Communication Customer Service Active Directory Endpoint Security Device Management Business Valuation Full Stack Development Microsoft Dynamics CRM Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Identity And Access Management Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), The Tier 2/VIP Desktop role would be responsible for assisting our EVPs & SVPs with IT issues and general support. In addition, support board meetings, global economic summits, and large-scale high visibility meetings. Monitoring, triaging, and closing tickets. Strong communication skills and ability to provide white glove service and translate technical data for executive users.

In addition to this, this individual will have a critical part in:

  • Setting up the technology for board meetings for individuals such as the Governor

  • Assisting VIPs with setting up technology for international travel, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
