Job Summary: Our team is on the lookout for a seasoned engineer to join a dynamic environment where innovation meets customer service excellence.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems into a hybrid architecture.

  • Contribute to the Generative AI initiatives to redefine the future of customer service.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer in the US.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and UI framework React.
  • Experience with API technologies such as GraphQL, gRPC, and REST.
  • Strong backend development skills in Java and SpringBoot framework.
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer service, CRM, or customer support platforms, including first-party/internal applications and commercial SaaS solutions.
