Senior-level Project/Program Manager to lead critical Cybersecurity initiatives across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of strategic cyber programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing large-scale cybersecurity programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with executive leadership. This position requires strong program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills within complex IT infrastructure environments., Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise cybersecurity program workstreams. Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs. Drive weekly program execution reviews, issue resolution, and executive status reporting. Coordinate activities across Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, Network Security, vendors, and business partners. Identify program risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies. Ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget. Translate technical program progress into executive-level communications. Support governance, compliance, audit readiness, and remediation activities. Manage vendor engagements and cross-functional dependencies. Cybersecurity Program Areas The Program Manager will support initiatives involving: Vulnerability Management Detection & Response Security Logging & Monitoring Red Team Exercises Tabletop Exercises (TTX) End-of-Life (EOL) / End-of-Support (EOS) Programs Enterprise Directory Upgrades Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Cybersecurity Lab Assessments Security Remediation Programs Network Segmentation Identity & Access Management (IAM) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Just Enough Administration (JEA) Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) SailPoint Integrations
Requirements
Program Management 15+ years of Project/Program Management experience. Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-workstream enterprise programs. Strong stakeholder, dependency, risk, and issue management expertise. Experience managing cybersecurity-focused initiatives. Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Technical Knowledge Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and processes. Understanding of: Vulnerability Management Security Operations IAM/PAM Network Security Firewall Technologies Security Compliance & Audits Platform Integrations Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Tools & Environment Experience with: Jira Azure DevOps (ADO) Confluence SharePoint Smartsheet Executive Status Dashboards Experience working within large, matrixed IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity organizations is required. Education & Certifications Required: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) PMP Certification Preferred: Advanced Degree (Master's or higher) Desired Candidate Profile Enterprise Cybersecurity Program Manager Strong executive presence and communication skills Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience Experienced in governance, compliance, risk management, and security operations programs Comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives across global teams
