Job description
We are seeking a highly collaborative IT Presales Consultant to join our Technology Consulting practice. The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating solution definition, coordinating multidisciplinary internal teams, and ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, aligned, and commercially sound.
This role blends technology understanding, business acumen, commercial awareness, and structured presales execution. You will support opportunity shaping from discovery through RFP handling, solution orchestration, financial modeling, and client presentations.
Your key responsibilities
Solution Orchestration, Coordinate architects, delivery leads, SMEs, and practice experts to shape the solution. Drive alignment across internal teams to confirm feasibility, technical consistency, and delivery readiness. Consolidate inputs into cohesive solution narratives without owning the
technical design.
RFP / RFQ / RFI Management
- Own or co-lead the full RFP response process from qualification to submission.
- Review requirements, identify risks, and manage client clarification cycles.
- Orchestrate contributions across technical, delivery, commercial, andlegal teams.
- Develop clear written content, delivery approaches, and value propositions.
- Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions, support orals, demos, and evaluations.
Commercial & Financial Support
- Contribute to cost modeling, pricing strategies, and proposal financials in partnership with delivery and commercial teams.
Proposal & Presentation Development
- Produce compelling proposals, executive presentations, and solution summaries.
- Clearly articulate business value, technology rationale, and financial considerations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business. A combination would be an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in presales, account management in technology consulting, or solution consulting roles. Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, delivery, and commercial functions.
- Solid understanding of digital transformation, cloud strategies, application modernization, integration, and CX solutions.
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of commercial models, financial metrics, and business case development.
- Proven experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including with senior executives.
- Highly organized, structured, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
