We're seeking a passionate and visionary Corporate Systems Architect who thrives on designing and integrating complex IT systems that drive business success. This is your opportunity to shape the future of our core business functions-Finance, HR, Sales, and more-by bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders. Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive system blueprints, defining architecture, components, data flow, and integrations.
  • Develop long-term technology roadmaps, evaluating new technologies for quality and security.
  • Work closely with business owners to understand needs and communicate technical vision.
  • Assess and document technical debt, establish prioritization frameworks, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders regarding remediation plans
  • Establish clear expectations for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security, and implement processes to monitor and ensure compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business strategy and enterprise architecture.
  • Define standards for system integration, and ensure seamless interoperability between platforms, with a strong emphasis on ERP and HCM platforms such as Workday.
  • Act as the technical leader, partnering with the delivery lead, on the acquisition of new systems and technologies that support evolving business needs.
  • Develop strategies for onboarding and integrating acquired systems into the existing technology landscape.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments in enterprise systems, especially ERP and HCM solutions.

Requirements

We're looking for a tech leader with a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation, and the ability to connect technology to business outcomes. Here's what sets you apart:

  • 7+ years of experience in applictions development, and 3+ years of relevant architectural experience
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, and major platforms, with a strong emphasis on Workday and other ERP/HCM systems.
  • Experience designing and integrating multi-tier systems in high-volume environments.
  • Familiarity with modern architectural patterns, software development best practices, Cloud capabilities, and DevOps initiatives.
  • Proven ability to mentor and assess technical teams, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate complex technology into actionable business solutions.
  • Skilled at addressing complex challenges and proposing effective solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with organizational leaders to build multi-year technical roadmaps.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and modernization.
