Job description

Lead the technical delivery of the high-priority TPM Mexico project within Mars Global Services.

  • Own and drive daily Agile/Scrum execution, including managing scrum calls, sprint health, and milestone tracking to ensure strict adherence to delivery dates.
  • Provide technical governance over Master Data Governance (MDG) landscape by reviewing configurations, challenging developer estimates, and resolving complex architectural issues.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of SAP MDG modules, ensuring alignment with global standards for data models, process modeling, and validation frameworks.
  • Drive successful deployment of Rule-Based Workflows (BRF+) and Data Replication Framework (DRF) for automating master data syndication between MDG and TPM platforms.
  • Act as the central delivery anchor, facilitating collaboration and communication between US-based leadership, Mexican project teams, and offshore development centers.
  • Utilize a technical background as an SAP MDG Developer or Technical Architect with expertise in ABAP, BRF+, DRF, and UI Modeling.

Requirements

Ensure robust technical understanding of master data domains (Material, Customer, Vendor, Financials) within an S/4 HANA environment.

  • Apply extensive experience (8+ years) in Technical Program Management, especially with enterprise-scale SAP MDG implementations and integration projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies within a global shared-services context.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving accountability and project progress.
  • Professional proficiency in English required; Spanish language skills are a strong asset.
  • Experience with projects involving Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Latin American data localization is highly desirable.
