Then join our Business Unit Corn & Sunflower as a SAP Business Process Manager (m/f/d) within KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of our SAP processes while supporting exciting transformation initiatives in the SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environment. From day one, you will take ownership of your own topics and work closely with colleagues from Business, IT, and Global Master Data Management., * Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP business processes with a focus on Master Data and Materials Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges and develop sustainable process solutions.
- Help ensure high-quality master data across the supply chain and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate changes to relevant master data in close cooperation with international teams and the global Master Data Team.
- Support projects and initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA and contribute to the harmonization of global business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Initial professional experience in SAP, business process management, project management, or a related area is an advantage.
- Ideally, you have gained first exposure to SAP, ERP systems, or master data management.
- A structured and proactive working style combined with a willingness to take ownership.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are considered a plus.
