We're hiring on behalf of a well-funded CNCF scale-up trusted by some of the world's largest enterprises. Their platform sits at the core of how organisations connect, secure, and observe APIs, microservices, and service mesh infrastructure.
This is a senior post-sales role for someone who lives at the intersection of cloud-native infrastructure and emerging AI workloads. You'll own a small portfolio of strategic accounts and guide them through some of the most complex production challenges in the market right now - LLM gateways, agent-to-agent communication, securing model traffic at scale.
What you'll be doing:
Serving as the primary technical relationship for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
Leading end-to-end technical issue resolution, including hands-on troubleshooting and escalations with Engineering
Guiding customers through AI and agentic use cases built on a cloud-native, service mesh-based stack
Consulting on architectural best practices, performance tuning, and operational excellence
Running tailored workshops and enablement sessions to build customer self-sufficiency
Acting as the voice of the customer internally - feeding real production feedback into Product and Engineering
