IT Support Engineer - Grantham

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a business investing in its Microsoft Modern Workplace environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies while supporting users and driving continuous improvement., * Provide 2nd line IT support.

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and troubleshoot Conditional Access.
• Manage Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage Windows workstations and Android mobile devices.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Power Automate.

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong Microsoft Intune administration skills.
• Windows Autopilot experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange & Teams).
• Mobile Device Management (Android).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Desirable: Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or other automation/AI technologies.
