Job description
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Campion Homes IT team by providing effective 1st line support.
- Ensure timely response and resolution of customer incidents and service requests via our IT Service management system.
- Create, log, update, prioritise and resolve incidents or service requests.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge.
- Work with the BIS Manager on development and improvement projects.
- Identify incidents that may lead to a Major Incident or Problem call using ITIL best practices.
Your technical responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st line support in areas such as:
- Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting including Multi Factor Authentication.
- Installation and diagnosis of company-approved software.
- Hardware & Software troubleshooting.
- Triage incidents and escalate to either BIS Manager, Managed Service Provider or 3rd party application support as necessary.
- Intune Administration.
- Installing and configuring all company devices including laptops, mobiles, tablets etc.
- Supporting staff at head office and across our construction sites (remotely and on-site as required).
- Responsibility for all print devices, Papercut, scanning, ink management for site printing.
- Assisting BIS Manager with support and administration of ERP (COINS).
- Internal Documentation and End User Knowledgebase creation and maintenance.
- Administer and manage SharePoint on a day-day basis.
- Provide Teams Administration and support for meeting room equipment.
Requirements
- Relevant degree qualification
- ITIL foundation qualification or good sound knowledge.
- Experienced in Windows 11.
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 (Office) apps.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 online products would be beneficial.
- Full UK Driving license and have own transport.
