Job description
We're recruiting for an HR Systems & Process Advisor to join a forward-thinking organisation where you'll play a key role in improving HR technology, streamlining processes and delivering meaningful people data to support business decisions.
Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you'll take ownership of HR systems, reporting, process improvement and digital HR projects, helping to create efficient, user-friendly HR services across the business.
The Role
This is a varied position combining HR systems management, reporting, people analytics and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing HR systems, including SuccessFactors and associated platforms
- Producing HR reports, dashboards and KPI metrics
- Maintaining accurate HR data and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Improving and automating HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Supporting HR system upgrades, enhancements and new functionality
- Producing workforce planning, organisational structure and FTE reports
- Developing workflows, templates and employee self-service solutions
- Working closely with Payroll, Finance and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate people data
- Delivering HR systems training and user support
- Supporting AI adoption and digital innovation within HR
- Producing people insights to support strategic decision-making
- Contributing to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in an HR Systems, HRIS, HR Operations, People Analytics or similar role
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Experience using HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to produce reports and dashboards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience delivering process improvements and digital transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of GDPR and HR data management, * HRIS: 2 years (required)
- Human resources: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)
