Job description
- Supporting and maintaining customer-facing eClinical systems, including eCOA and eConsent.
- Configuring and implementing eClinical solutions in line with customer requirements, with a focus on eCOA and eConsent.
- Performing system testing and supporting user acceptance testing activities.
- Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving system issues and service requests.
- Gathering, analysing and documenting system requirements.
- Collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
- Coding configuration and data update scripts where required.
- Contributing to risk identification and mitigation throughout project delivery.
- Maintaining accurate project and system documentation.
- Participating in an on-call rota to provide emergency support when required.
Requirements

Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK.

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent.

Experience supporting and implementing software solutions.

Familiarity with SQL/PL-SQL or similar database technologies.

Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Significant experience implementing, delivering and supporting eClinical software solutions, specifically eCOA and eConsent.

Strong technical expertise in system configuration, requirements gathering and customer-facing solution delivery for eCOA and eConsent systems.

Proven ability to lead requirements discussions and provide technical guidance.

Experience managing complex projects and customer relationships.

Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
