Job description

Techment Technology is looking for a strategic enterprise technology leader who can

partner with CXOs and enterprise stakeholders to drive customer confidence, AI/Data

modernization advisory, delivery governance, and long-term account growth across

strategic US engagements.

This role combines enterprise consulting, customer advisory, strategic architecture, and

transformation governance ownership rather than traditional implementation-focused, Lead end-to-end modernization of the enterprise client application while managing BAU delivery.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Provide both technical architecture leadership and project governance.

Application Context

Strategic Customer Advisory

Act as a trusted technology advisor for enterprise customers.

Build executive-level customer relationships and drive long-term customer confidence.

Lead strategic discussions around modernization, transformation, scalability, and innovation.

Understand customer business priorities, operational challenges, and growth objectives.

Participate in executive reviews, customer governance discussions, and strategic planning meetings.

Enterprise Transformation & Architecture Leadership

Architect enterprise modernization and AI-driven transformation solutions aligned with business outcomes.

Provide strategic advisory around Azure governance, enterprise data platforms, APIs/integration architecture, cloud migration, and AI enablement.

Create transformation roadmaps, modernization strategies, and scalable enterprise architecture recommendations.

Evaluate enterprise environments for optimization, scalability, governance, and risk reduction.

Delivery Alignment & Governance

Ensure strong alignment between customer expectations and delivery execution.

Participate in escalation management, execution governance, and delivery feasibility discussions.

Identify execution risks, dependencies, and transformation blockers proactively.

Coordinate effectively across onsite, offshore, delivery, and leadership teams.

Support a smooth transition from solutioning to execution and customer adoption.

Account Growth & Strategic Engagement

Identify opportunities for strategic account expansion and value creation.

Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Leadership teams.

Contribute towards customer retention, account stability, and long-term engagement growth.

Drive consultative engagement rather than transactional relationship management.

Pre-Sales & Strategic Support

Support RFP responses, effort estimations, and solution positioning.

Create customer-facing proposals, technical presentations, and innovation recommendations.

Support Marketing and Sales teams with solution collateral, whitepapers, and capability presentations.

Role Accountability

The individual will be accountable for: Build and maintain executive stakeholder confidence, strategic customer trust, and long-term relationship ownership across enterprise accounts.

Driving customer confidence during delivery and transformation initiatives.

Executive stakeholder alignment and escalation management.

Ensuring delivery governance alignment with customer commitments.

Influencing strategic customer decisions through consultative leadership.

Supporting long-term account growth and relationship stability.

Leadership during critical customer escalations and transformation governance discussions.

Ensuring alignment between customer business objectives and technology execution strategy., Operate as a strategic bridge between customer leadership, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.

Drive transformation governance and customer confidence across strategic enterprise accounts.

Engage directly with customer leadership teams to drive strategic technology alignment, transformation governance, and long-term partnership success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in enterprise modernization, Azure

ecosystem, AI/Data platforms, integration architecture, and transformation strategy while

being equally effective in executive stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and

consultative customer leadership., 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Strategic Consulting, Technical Advisory, or Customer-facing Architecture roles.
