Job description

  • Administer, maintain, and secure Active Directory environments.
  • Design, implement, and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Perform IAM security assessments to identify security gaps and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Implement and maintain identity governance, role-based access controls (RBAC), and least-privilege access principles.
  • Support user lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
  • Enhance remote identity management capabilities and improve identity visibility across enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
  • Develop and maintain IAM documentation, security standards, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor identity-related security events and assist in incident response and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support enterprise security initiatives focused on strengthening identity security, access management, and remote identity visibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and IAM governance to help enhance the organization's security posture and ensure secure user access across enterprise environments., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SSO and MFA technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
  • Experience conducting IAM security assessments and implementing remediation plans.
  • Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access controls, and privileged access management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar IAM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles and identity-centric security models.
  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, SC-300, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with PowerShell or other automation/scripting tools is a plus., * Identity & Access Management (IAM)
