- Independently complete defined workstreams within smaller customer engagements while escalating design or scope decisions as needed.
- Assist with network assessments, health checks, upgrades, and remediation activities.
- Contribute to implementation plans, configuration documentation, and as-built materials.
- Troubleshoot wired, wireless, routing, and switching issues with appropriate support for complex escalations.
Requirements
This individual will independently deliver smaller networking engagements while supporting senior engineers on larger projects. The ideal candidate has experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco networking technologies and enjoys helping customers modernize their network infrastructure., * Juniper switching, routing, and security
- HPE Aruba CX switching and Aruba wireless
- Cisco Catalyst switching and enterprise routing
- Enterprise LAN/WAN design
- Wireless networking
- Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
- Network segmentation and VLAN design
- Network Access Control (ClearPass, Cisco ISE preferred)
- SD-WAN concepts
- Firewall integration
- High availability and resiliency
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting
- PowerShell, Python, or network automation preferred, * 2+ years of IT experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
- Experience with Juniper, HPE Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
- Experience with switching, routing, wireless, and troubleshooting.
- Experience performing migrations and infrastructure refresh projects.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
- PowerShell, Python, or automation experience preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within consulting teams.
Professional Certifications Preferred
- Cisco CCNP Enterprise
- Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP
- HPE Aruba Certified Professional, Passion - Love what you do and make it evident through your approach to your work and the attitude you display.
