Full Stack Engineer

Project Description We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for building and modernizing large-scale applications used across a global organization. Duties/Day to Day Overview Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications in a microservices environment Build modern user interfaces using JavaScript and React Develop and enhance backend services using Golang Design and optimize APIs, services, and integrations Work with SQL and search technologies to support business-critical applications Participate in code reviews and provide technical recommendations Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, and Engineering teams Support bi-weekly sprint cycles and regular production releases Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability Contribute to platform modernization initiatives and technical debt reduction Recommend new approaches, tools, and technologies that improve product quality and development efficiency, (Must haves) Technical Stack Frontend JavaScript (Vanilla JS) React (Preferred) Backend Golang Python (Nice to Have) Databases & Search MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server Elasticsearch ClickHouse (Nice to Have) Infrastructure Kubernetes Microservices, As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI systems by leveraging your technical expertise to develop and maintain robust web applicat…

5 7+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong Full Stack Development background Advanced JavaScript experience (Vanilla JavaScript strongly preferred) Golang development experience or ability to ramp up quickly Strong SQL and database fundamentals o MySQL o PostgreSQL o SQL Server o Similar relational databases Experience with Elasticsearch Experience building and supporting Microservices architectures Kubernetes experience Strong understanding of software engineering best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work across both frontend and backend development (50/50 split), The ideal candidate is a senior engineer who: Has strong JavaScript and backend development expertise Brings Golang experience or a strong Python/AI background Has built and supported scalable enterprise applications Understands React, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Elasticsearch Has experience with workflow, ticketing, or case-management systems Can contribute strategic ideas and technical improvements beyond assigned work Thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment, React development experience AI/LLM development or integration experience Python development experience, especially in AI-related projects Kafka or event-driven architecture experience ClickHouse experience Experience building or supporting: o Ticketing platforms o Case management systems o Enterprise workflow applications o ServiceNow or similar platforms Experience with distributed systems Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
