Systems /Server Engineer

The Systems Engineering (SE) role is responsible for delivering operational sustainment, engineering execution, and platform support services across applications, infrastructure, and platforms. Operating within a client-directed model, the role executes technical activities aligned with client standards to ensure system stability, availability, and continuous improvement in a 24x7 global environment. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute operational tasks and troubleshooting (Tier 2/3 incident response) across cloud, container, virtualization, operating system, and platform layers. Perform system and platform patching activities, including coordination, scheduling, execution, and post-patch validation. Support monitoring, alert response, log validation, and overall operational health management. Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipeline execution and optimization. Support deployments, releases, upgrades, uplifts, and modernization initiatives using approved tools.
