Job description

Accelerate your impact as a Technical Consultant in our Hospital Patient Monitoring business, where you'll independently lead complex patient monitoring implementations, serve as a trusted technical expert to customers, and drive reliable, secure, and high-performing healthcare solutions while mentoring others and shaping how services are delivered.

Your role:

  • Independently lead and execute complex system installations, upgrades, and implementations across patient monitoring and IT infrastructure environments, ensuring reliable performance and high-quality delivery. Provide hands-onexpertisein troubleshooting, validation, and system optimization tomaintainoperational continuity.

  • Serve as the primary technical authority for system architecture, networking decisions, configuration validation, and risk management. Diagnoseandresolvecomplex system and performance issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques and structured problem-solving approaches.

  • Engage customers as a trusted advisor to understand technical environments, workflows, and operational challenges. Lead technical discussions and deliver tailored recommendations that align solutions with clinical, business, and strategicobjectives.

  • Own configuration management, version control, and system validation while developing and promoting standardized methodologies and best practices. Ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance while contributing to continuous improvement and organizational knowledge sharing., + Travel for business. Approximately 75%travelacross the specified geography is required. The average driving time is 1-4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may berequired.

  • Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirementsandcomply withvendor credentialing.

  • Work flexible hours (based on business needs to includenon-standard work hours,overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations).

  • Wear all required personal protective equipment.

  • You'rea technically strong and independent professional with a consultative approach to translating complex solutions, paired withstrong communication, organizational rigor, and leadership skills that enable you to manage risk, influence others, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Requirements

  • You'veacquired5+ yearsofprofessionalworking experience in ITservicesor related technical environments. Experienceworking in a hospital or clinical IT environmentrequired; experiencewith patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred.

  • Your skills include advanced knowledgeofcomputer networking,system integration, and technical troubleshootingin a healthcare IT environment.Active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificationrequired; higher-level Cisco certifications (e.g.,CCNP) are also acceptable.

  • You have an associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related fieldof study, or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience. Benefits & conditions

The hourly pay range for this position in KS is $35.00 to $54.00, plus overtime eligible.

This role also includes field service incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
