Job description

  • Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and customizations.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end components using modern web technologies.
  • Build and support back-end integrations, plugins, workflows, and custom business logic within Dynamics 365.
  • Customize forms, dashboards, views, and business processes to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while following development best practices.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards.

Requirements

We are seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer with strong front-end development experience and working knowledge of back-end development to support the enhancement and ongoing development of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. This role will focus on building intuitive user experiences, developing custom functionality, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions., * 5+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).

  • Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
  • Experience developing Dynamics 365 customizations, including forms, business rules, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components.
  • Working knowledge of back-end development using C#, .NET, Web APIs, and Azure services.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with source control, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills., * Do you currently reside in the Dallas area and are willing to come on location as needed (mostly remote)?
  • Do you have 5+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM?
