Analyze campaign and customer data to provide conclusions, implications, and actionable recommendations designed to improve the quality of future relationship marketing communications.

Responsible for day to day analytics for assigned clients, including QA of data and reporting templates.

Develop and present on-going analytics deliverables to day to day clients coordinating with more analytics team members and account management.

Support team leads on any internal projects to further develop the analytics practice including implementation of analytical tools, techniques, processes, and frameworks.

Proficiency in at least one or more of the analytics disciplines.

Basic understanding of concepts in at least one or more of the analytics disciplines.

Query and analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights that enable the optimization of media and content.

Analyze and correlate media campaign performance with audience data, including identification of high-impact KPIs for tactics with a focus on audience engagement, campaign effectiveness, fan growth and content deep dives.

Partner with creative, content, media, and account teams to evaluate and optimize integrated paid and organic social media campaigns.

Support performance measurement and reporting across social media platforms including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

Leverage social listening, trend analysis, audience insights, and content performance data to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and business growth.
Requirements
We day-trade consumer attention, guiding our diverse clientele to focus on the platforms that command the attention of their specific customers. The Performance Marketing & Analytics team plays a critical role in helping our internal teams and clients understand where attention is and how that is translating to impact on the business by creating data structures & hierarchies, automated dashboards & visualizations, integrating paid & organic social listening data, and helping to build bespoke measurement solutions for our clients.
We're currently on the lookout for a team player who is a critical thinker, upbeat, and hungry to learn. You're someone who's driven to constantly look for better ways to do things and excited at the prospect of working in a constantly evolving industry with far more "unknown" than "known", and love playing a leadership role on a team that shares your drive to always continue learning., + 3 years of relevant experience in Media Analytics, Digital Marketing Analytics, Social Media Analytics, or Performance Marketing (Google, Meta and Publisher Campaigns).

Strong PowerPoint/Excel and Google Slide/Sheet skills.

Experience with one or more media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube, DCM, DV360, The Trade Desk.

Experience with SQL, Tableau.

Strong understanding of Organic and Paid Social Media Management across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

Experience in Social Media Strategy, Planning, Content Amplification, and Digital Marketing Campaign Optimization.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads Planning and Execution, including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.

Experience in audience targeting, performance tracking, campaign measurement, and reporting, particularly within Meta and other digital advertising platforms.

Strong ability to analyze content performance, generate actionable insights, and translate findings into optimization recommendations.

Experience with Social Listening, Community Management, and Trend Identification to support campaign and content strategies.

Understanding of the synergy between organic and paid media channels and their role in maximizing campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.

Strong Client Servicing and Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to independently manage client conversations and present strategic recommendations.

Ability to develop integrated social media and measurement strategies while collaborating closely with creative, content, media, and analytics teams.
