Job description

  • Provide Level 3 IT support for desktop, laptop, and infrastructure issues.
  • Maintain and support cloud environments and cloud-based applications.
  • Assist with cloud automation and provisioning using AWS CLI and Terraform.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Resolve TCP/IP networking issues.
  • Support video conferencing systems, A/V equipment, dash cameras, and Chrome devices.
  • Support enterprise applications, including Nemo Q/GALA, VRT Cameras, and other business systems.
  • Respond to production incidents, coordinate issue resolution, and participate in post-incident reviews.
  • Recommend hardware, software, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and secure operations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist III to support enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, business applications, and end-user systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with cloud technologies, ServiceNow, and desktop support, along with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Associate's degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • One year of experience as an IT Support Specialist II or equivalent., * 2-3+ years of IT support experience
