Job description

We are seeking a motivated IT Help Desk & AI Integration Specialist to support day-to-day technology operations while helping drive the adoption of AI solutions across a growing commercial construction company. This hybrid role will provide technical support for office and field personnel while implementing AI tools that improve estimating, project management, reporting, document control, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who enjoys both end-user support and leveraging emerging technology to streamline business processes.

Requirements

· 2+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration

· Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and mobile device management

· Experience supporting hardware, software, user accounts, email, printers, and remote users

· Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI assistants) in a professional environment

· Experience building AI workflows, prompts, templates, or automations that improve business processes

· Excellent troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and documentation skills

· Ability to support both office employees and field/jobsite personnel

· Experience maintaining IT equipment inventory, software licensing, and user access

· Ability to safely use standard office equipment and perform work requiring sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs., and occasional travel between office and jobsites

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in commercial construction, construction management, or the AEC industry

· Familiarity with Foundation Software, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Power Platform, or other construction/project management software

· Experience integrating APIs or creating workflow automations

· Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, data governance, and AI security policies

· Ability to train employees on new technologies and AI tools

Additional Requirements for IT Help Desk & AI Integration Specialist:

· Must be eligible to work in the United States

· Must have reliable transportation

· Pre-employment drug screen and background check may be required

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
