Job description
The Software Development Associate supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of custom web and mobile applications for clients across multiple industries. This role works closely with software engineers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance specialists, and project managers to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused digital solutions., * Develop and maintain application features using modern programming languages and development frameworks.
- Participate in daily team meetings, sprint planning sessions, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot software defects, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into responsive and functional applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following company coding standards.
- Perform unit testing and assist the QA team in resolving issues before deployment.
- Support integration with third-party APIs, cloud services, and backend databases.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
- Maintain technical documentation, development notes, and project updates., This position operates in a professional technology consulting environment where cross-functional collaboration, continuous learning, and adherence to software development best practices are essential. Team members contribute to client-focused projects while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of relational databases, RESTful APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative development environment.
