Job description

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Engineer to join our growing integration team and play a key role in developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions. This position focuses on building and maintaining secure, scalable integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce-hosted integrations and enterprise data connectivity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Salesforce integrations, API development, and secure file transfer technologies. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will help deliver reliable, high-performing integration solutions while ensuring security, governance, and operational excellence across mission-critical systems., * Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integration flows within an Agile, cross-functional development environment.

  • Build and support API-led connectivity using System, Process, and Experience APIs optimized for Salesforce integrations.
  • Administer and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including CloudHub runtimes, environments, VPCs, Dedicated Load Balancers (DLBs), and VPN connections.
  • Configure Salesforce Connected Apps, OAuth settings, Named Credentials, API gateways, and related integration components.
  • Support CI/CD deployment pipelines across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments using Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Configure and maintain secure sFTP environments, including user accounts, SSH keys, folder permissions, and automated file transfer processes.
  • Monitor integration performance using Anypoint Monitoring, CloudHub logs, and Salesforce monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and operational visibility.
  • Troubleshoot API failures, file transfer issues, authentication problems, performance bottlenecks, and latency concerns while performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Manage certificates, encryption keys, secrets, and secure property configurations to maintain a strong security posture.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security standards, audit requirements, and legal policies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and integration support materials.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and support teams to deliver reliable enterprise integration solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations and API configurations.
  • Strong knowledge of API development, administration, and runtime operations.
  • Practical experience administering secure FTP/SFTP environments, SSH key management, and secure file transfers.
  • Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of API security, authentication protocols, and integration best practices.
  • Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise integration environments.
  • Strong technical documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality integration solutions., * MuleSoft Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Certification.
  • Knowledge of Databricks and modern data warehousing technologies.
  • Experience working within enterprise cloud integration environments.
