Job description
- Administer, support, and optimize the Dynatrace monitoring platform to ensure high availability and performance of application and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and upgrade OneAgent and ActiveGate components, maintaining smooth operation across Linux and Windows servers.
- Monitor the health and performance of the Dynatrace environment, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to onboard new services and enhance monitoring coverage.
- Configure custom dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitors, and management zones to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Dynatrace or similar Application Performance Monitoring (APM) platforms such as AppDynamics or New Relic.
- Strong understanding of Dynatrace architecture, including OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Cluster components.
- Experience deploying and managing monitoring agents on Linux and Windows servers.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerized environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
