Requirements
- 5+ years of Manual Testing experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) testing experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing
- Experience creating and executing test cases
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect tracking tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Lightning experience
- API Testing (Postman)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Basic automation testing knowledge
