Job description

  • Respond to and resolve end-user IT support requests through the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.
  • Provide support for Windows workstations, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ticketing system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and PC hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable with a strong customer service mindset.
