Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Security Systems Sales professional to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our presence in the security technology market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic territory management, lead generation, and effective customer engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills within a growing industry focused on innovative security systems., * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts within assigned territories.

  • Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Present technical security solutions tailored to client needs, demonstrating product features and benefits effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for security systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in security systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the security or technology industry.
  • Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management.
  • Expertise in lead generation techniques such as cold calling and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer data and sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting product demos and explaining technical solutions clearly.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans that align with business development goals.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored security solutions.
  • Experience in retail or direct sales environments is a plus, along with familiarity in marketing strategies related to product promotion.
