Lead design, development, and maintenance of Selenium automation frameworks using Java/Python/C# Define and implement automation test strategy, standards, and best practices Ensure automation coverage for regression, smoke, integration, and system testing Review automation scripts and provide technical guidance and code quality oversight Lead and mentor automation and manual testing teams, assign tasks, and track deliverables Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps in Agile/Scrum environments Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) Perform API automation using tools like RestAssured or Postman Manage defects using ADO and ensure timely resolution Report test metrics, risks, and quality status to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement of test processes, tools, and automation efficiency Minimum years of experience 8-10 years Certifications Needed :No Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Enforce automation test standards and ensure adherence to reusability and test efficiency.
