Job description

  • Respond to client emails, phone calls and processing needs
  • Compare client-supplied Word documents to the internal documents to insure consistency.
  • Convert and modify Word and Excel documents into the SEC's HTML compliant EDGAR format through the use of proprietary software
  • Stay current with continued trainings RDG provides

Requirements

  • A high attention to detail
  • Be a self-motivated, independent operator
  • Have the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong communication skills for contact with clients and coworkers via phone, email and Teams
  • Strong keyboard/touch typing skills. Ability to operate office equipment essential to the position
  • Excellent computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Great communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work additional hours during busy seasons and some holidays
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business a plus
  • Understanding of the SEC & Corporate Filing industry is a plus

We're looking for talented individuals with a great eye for detail and strong computer skills who can use our proprietary software to prepare client documents into compatible HTML for SEC submission. Training will be provided. Knowledge of HTML a huge bonus.
